What should I do if I forget my admin password on my pro USB hotel card system?
Hotel lock system software shows the error “Could not get status of the encoder” when making a new key card
Our hotel has a hotel door lock system, but today we got an error from the Hotel lock system software. Can you please help me understand what the error “Could not get status of the encoder” means? That is the error I get when making a new key card. Thank you.
