Hotel locks blink green, orange, and red When I insert a key card
How do I fix my hotel locks? When i insert a key card all three lights i.e. green, orange, and red will blink

The hotel door lock will flash red and not open when using the master key card and any other card
Have a hotel room where the master key card was used; it flashed red and will not open using any card. A lock is not engaged from the inside, and the master key card works on other doors.
Why does the newly installed hotel lock show a solid red light and need to replace the battery soon?
We also do maintenance at the Fairfield Inn & Suites attached to our hotel, and today, we experienced a lock with a solid red light. We think this means a dead battery, as the lock worked after we replaced the battery. Is this what it means? These are new locks installed less than a month ago.
