Onity lock flashes red and green with the guest card, but the Master card works fine

Onity lock flashes red/green with the guest card and won’t open, but the Master card works fine. I put new batteries in, but it still won’t open. It will open with my machine when i press open!!! Please help!!!

I reprogrammed the lock and had the same issue.
